# How to copy values and tables?
When you are in the Supervision mode you can either [copy the value](#copy-the-value-of-the-selected-area) of the data you have selected or [copy the tables](#copy-the-table).

### Copy the value of the selected area
Select the desired area in the document viewer and click on the **Copy** icon:

go to the extraction list, and hover over the selected field. Next, click on the three buttons and select the **Copy value** option:

### Copy the tables
Just like in the copying the value section, there are two ways to copy the table.
* **First one - copying the table as unstructured text (OCR)**
In order to do that simply select the desired area in the document viewer and click on the **Copy** icon:

**Note:**
Bear in mind that this way enables you to copy all the recognized words in an **unstructured form**.

* **Second one - copying table with a matching structure**
Go to the extraction list, and hover over the selected table field. Next, click on the three buttons and select the **Copy value** option.

This way enables you to maintain the structure of the table you want to copy.
