Learn how to export extracted data from Alphamoon to Google Sheets step by step

Create a spreadsheet

First, create a new spreadsheet using the Google Sheets. In the columns, enter the names of the data points you want to extract. Take a look at the example:

Go to Configuration

Next up, go to Alphamoon and enter the process Configuration. Then, select the Integrations: Export tab in the left-hand navigation:

Once you enter the Integrations: Export tab, click the +Add export integration button and select Google Sheets.

Next, click the Set up button:

Connect with your Google Sheets account

Once you connect to your Google Sheets account, click the View integration button:

Next, select the data source option:

Now, choose the spreadsheet and tab IDs.

Once you finish, click on the < Back to flow button located at the top to return to the previous view.

Go to field mapping

Now, select the field mapping option:

On the left, you should have columns from your Google Sheets from the first step. For each column, you should be able to choose one Alphamoon extraction field from a list:

Once you choose Alphamoon extraction fields, close the view. Your settings will be saved automatically.

Process document

Upload the chosen document to Alphamoon and wait for it to process. Next, enter the Supervision by clicking on the given collection. Make sure that all the data you need is correct and hit the Accept button in the bottom right corner:

Now, go to your created spreadsheet and check if the results are correct. Each document will correspond to a single row.

Bear in mind that currently, Alphamoon enables you to export text extractions only. Converters will not be applied to the results.
