# Supervision Supervision mode enables you to manually check all the necessary data you need to extract from your files. Let's take a closer look at all its features. ### How to enter the Supervision? First, select one of your processes in the **Dashboard** area. Once you are in the **Queue** view, simply click on the chosen collection. {% hint style="info" %} **Supervision** You can enter the Supervision if your collection has the **Needs review** or **Accepted** status. {% endhint %}

### Supervision features #### Header Let's start from the top of the page. The header consists of: * Name of your collection along with its [status](https://alphamoon.gitbook.io/documentation/platform-walkthrough/broken-reference) * A feature enabling you to click through the pages * A feature to zoom in or zoom out the document viewer * Search bar witch which you can quickly find extracted fields **Left section** Moving to the thumbnails - here you can see all the files within your [collection](https://alphamoon.gitbook.io/documentation/glossary#collection). Simply click through the pages, and their contents will be shown in the **document viewer**. **Middle section** In the middle of the page is a view of the processes document, e.g.:

\ From the document viewer level you can: * Select already existing annotation * [Create new annotations](https://alphamoon.gitbook.io/documentation/user-guide-how-tos/supervision/how-to-add-assign-and-remove-annotations) by clicking on the chosen bounding box * Open [extracted table](https://alphamoon.gitbook.io/documentation/user-guide-how-tos/supervision/how-to-open-edit-or-remove-the-extracted-table#open-the-extracted-table) * Open and edit a [table mask](https://alphamoon.gitbook.io/documentation/user-guide-how-tos/supervision/how-to-open-and-edit-a-table-mask) * Select and [copy values](https://alphamoon.gitbook.io/documentation/user-guide-how-tos/supervision/how-to-copy-values-and-tables) from chosen areas **Right section** At the top of this section you will find four icons:

**Document splitting** feature which automatically separates documents within your large PDF files and organizes them in the UI.
**Sorting & filtering** enables you to **sort** your fields alphabetically or by position. From this level, you can also **filter** the extraction list by field type or by phrase.
**Export** - click this icon to export your files in the selected format: CSV, JSON, or XLSX.
**Collapse documents** - this icon enables you to close the extraction fields list and see only the names of your files. Below these icons, you can see the **names of your files** and the **list of the extracted fields** - default or custom ones. Each field contains the **label**, **value**, and - after hovering over the given field - **three dots** with which you may perform additional actions such as: * [Edit](https://alphamoon.gitbook.io/documentation/user-guide-how-tos/supervision/how-to-edit-the-value-of-the-extraction) (also by double-clicking in the middle of the field) * Reassign words (only applies to text, not tables). * [Copy value](https://alphamoon.gitbook.io/documentation/user-guide-how-tos/supervision/how-to-copy-values-and-tables) (also by clicking once on the field) * Delete
