Supervision

You can enter the Supervision if your collection has the Needs review or Accepted status.

Supervision features

  • Name of your collection along with its status

  • A feature enabling you to click through the pages

Right section

At the top of this section you will find four icons:

Document splitting feature which automatically separates documents within your large PDF files and organizes them in the UI.

Sorting & filtering enables you to sort your fields alphabetically or by position. From this level, you can also filter the extraction list by field type or by phrase.

Export - click this icon to export your files in the selected format: CSV, JSON, or XLSX.

Collapse documents - this icon enables you to close the extraction fields list and see only the names of your files.

Below these icons, you can see the names of your files and the list of the extracted fields - default or custom ones.

Each field contains the label, value, and - after hovering over the given field - three dots with which you may perform additional actions such as:

  • Edit (also by double-clicking in the middle of the field)

  • Reassign words (only applies to text, not tables).

  • Copy value (also by clicking once on the field)

  • Delete
