How to copy values and tables?

A step-by-step guide

When you are in the Supervision mode you can either of the data you have selected or .

Copy the value of the selected area

Select the desired area in the document viewer and click on the Copy icon:

or

go to the extraction list, and hover over the selected field. Next, click on the three buttons and select the Copy value option:

Just like in the copying the value section, there are two ways to copy the table.

  • First one - copying the table as unstructured text (OCR)

In order to do that simply select the desired area in the document viewer and click on the Copy icon:

Note:

Bear in mind that this way enables you to copy all the recognized words in an unstructured form.

  • Second one - copying table with a matching structure

Go to the extraction list, and hover over the selected table field. Next, click on the three buttons and select the Copy value option.

Note:

This way enables you to maintain the structure of the table you want to copy.
